  • Weight over 250 pounds
  • Abnormal PAP smear or uterine cancer
  • Acute pelvic infection
  • Pregnant or desire for future pregnancy
  • Anemia lab result for Hemoglobin of under or equal to 25%
  • Uterine size larger than 24 weeks
